    Description

    This vintage large coffee cup has an image of a jolly fat man on one side and the quote "I'm not Greedy but I Like a Lot" on the other.  It's stamped "Germany 4" Some versions of this cup have the face of  William Howard Taft
    US President from 1909 to 1913 - he was 340 pounds at his heaviest and the constant butt of jokes from the press. This is, even by modern standards, a very large cup - it's 3 1/2 inches high and 3 3/4 inches across at the top, and it holds 1 3/4 cups or 14 ounces!  The gilt rim has some wear and there's a crack faint but visible on the inside and outside between the bottom of the handle and the bottom right of the image. There are also several small black spots on the inside.
